today I flash a dead 3650 and I got this, I think this is flash IC fault " Fl2: 0x04000000-0x047FFFFF,25020040," but i don't know where the IC?, or maybe there are any solution to fix this one?

please help....

I have the same prolem to Nokia 3650
I 'm trying to flash and erase Flash reflash again , after i Set UI setting, Format area , But screen is balnk.
What is prolem .

Help me about it.

f12 is at the corner near ram ic ( you can see three flash ic anram ic located near f12)

Its very simple just use other vertion of dctx and disable autodetect and inisettings and use xslow flashing if wil not result replace fiafiles fo 3.19 --- goodluck

Usually "Cbus Boot Error: 9" is Bluetooth error. Before flashing uncheck "BT flashing", works for me several times, but after sucessfull flashing, bluetooth will not work, unless you change BT module

i think you have water damged from the bottom board because the last flash down not recognaized by flasher also the blue tooth damaged

i recommend the following

1-clean the board
2-try to re ball flash ic no. fl2
3-try remove the blutooth module
4-flash the phone without flashing bt
5-when phone revived (i hope) use new or working bluetooth or even fix the old one

I 'm have to do it but can not turn it normal.
After i turn it on then phone turn off.

I have it wrong RAM IC.

well this is the case with my 3650, it works fine when i dont flash blutooth during flashing. but bluetooth dont work. may be i will have to change bluetooth module
