procedure of keypad ic replacement


hi,i have replaced so many keypad ic's for different models,ic's purchaced from different dealers and replaced in every form.but it is ok in only 2%.sometimes it fails at same time,some fails within 24hrs.does anybody have an correct idea and 100% sucessfull process.masters from gsm please kindly help.as most of members suffer from this problem.

As KP ics are small and delicate.Use low air at first then increase as balls starts melting.be quick and use Anti static precuations.

hmm i agree try not to touch the ic use tweezer , it will help and after placing the ic put some liquid flex under it , and reflow it a bit
