Member: 12207 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | Reballing New BGAs Does anybody succecefully reballed some new BGAs like AM29N232D from Nok 7650! The problem with this ICs is that they have the pins too small. Also the distance between them is very small! Is there any mask available to reball this new type of ICs?
