Technically Rpl is a rebuild of Power amplifier Software including the IMEI of the set

PM is the Signal Tutorial of the set

The RPL is Reply file contains the IMEI & the SIM LOCK rebiuld data.

The PMM is Phone Memory Manager contains the power levels , product data, ... & some times the IMEI.

If any one have more data Plz kindly post it here.

completely wrong.

.RPL is a file that calculated from a .ASK file and readed from the phone when the IMEI is wrong( ?????????????? ).this can be happen when specific area of flash or UEM is fault or empty.
only in case of new UEM you can use any .RPL coming from UEM change calculation(imei also will depend of imei that included on this RPL).

PMM means: PERMANENT MEMORY MANAGER
this area is not changed with flashing and incude info for RF,POWER MANAGEMENT LOCK'S etc.
it is like(not excatly) gdfs on sonyericsson,eeprom on siemens etc.
