D500 Screen cracked need to replace Screen. Require instructions on Dismantle & Re-installation of D500 Clam Shell Covers. Have replacement Glass but no instructions.

1. remove battery
2. unscrew 4 screws
3. left off back cover
4. left up pcb slightly and carefully. watch out not to damage the flex.
5. disconnect flex and remove pcb
6. unscrew 6 more screws and remove the slider part
7. 4 more screws to be removed. 2 at top under the caps near camera. then remove cover. again, watch out for the flex
8. no need to disconnect flex this time. just unplug camera and remove lcd carefully
9. transfer everything into new housing and reassemble
please be very careful not to damage flex and make sure the lens and lcd are dust free before reassemble. you just hate it when you finished job and find inside full of spoty dust or finger prints.
