I already repaired these kind of problem by reheating the flash ic...If problem still remains then try to re ball it.....or change it...Becaz ur flash chip is faulty...And not b written by the software properly!...

some set flash ic have blak gloue, so we can"t rehot, i thing most be chaing flash ic .::kabir::..
