Solution Required for Contact Retailer in 6600 - GSM-Forum

What could be the best Soln for Contact Retailer in 6600?

As I received a Water Logged Nokia 6600, I cleaned it dried it and connected to UFSx for flashing. I flashed MCU properly, but while flashing PPM it said FAID Fatal Error.

Then I heated F11 and F13 with good flux. The problem was solved. Flashing and UI setting completed. But while booting it in normal mode I says "Phone Startup Failure. Contact the Retailer". I tried formatting user area with UFSx and also with 3 buttons but in vain. Uploaded a good pm but no chance. Again I heated the flash 11 and 13, after this flashing completes but ui setting fails.

What to do? help required from the gurus..please help me.

I already tried searching this but all mostly 3 button formatting solution. Is there anything else.

I think you are doing it right but did you full erase first. you may try a higher flash as well. good luck

i have nokia 6680 restart again & again.
i flashed it but in vain.

I erased all the 4 chips one by one and then flashed it but still UI settings fails.

6680 restart again & again.try to check if its infected by virus if so format and install ant virus.
