Arrow Strange 1202 and 1661 insert sim

I have been seeing many nokia 1202, 5030 and 1661 insert sim problems. When I change the SIM IC or MAKE JUMPERS the problem still remain the same. And when I try to read the leg of sim connector. It's sort or it reads 0.00. Anybody to help me? It's urgent!!!
