STRANGE 3310 Cable????

Hi I was wondering if someone could help me out ?

Today I bought a 3310 cable which, when I opened had 4 wires, but only three attached...(The ORANGE cable was cut short!)

The WHITE and BLUE cables are both soldered to three of the pins

and the remaining GREEN cable was soldered to the one remaining pin.

My question is this...
Can anyone help me identify the Tx Dx GND etc in this cable ?
