Strange display problem in 6600 - GSM-Forum

Today i got one 6600. the problem is aftar turn on its display just fliks. Blinks like the TV when earthquick attack.
But when i press any key of the keypad it stops. I have clean the connector but no result. someone have any idea on this?

from upp to lcd connector, i past ESD buffers, try to check it ..

- i have more strange 6600 LCD efect - all work well but top 1/3 from LCD have nothing - look like LCD is faulty, but no - LCD is checked on another board - work just fine, another brand new LCD is placed - same effect, UPP resoldered and all ESD filters changed - nothing - can be a problem - PCB or UPP ?
