system error in nokia 6680 - GSM-Forum

i got system error when i switch on my 6680 after installing the application mobilespeak ,and unable to open general settings of device, then after pressing ok my device work but not fully, problem seen in prob in text messege that key pad letter not work only numbers is pressed but unable to press letter only numbers are work
so any one fix that prob so plz help me

Press keys at the same time ( yes + 3 + * + Power ) NOKIA will disappear for 3 Secs and will appear again.. Now you are formated your phone .. and your phone will startup normal ... that's all
