Text Mood on DCT4

Most often I got DCT4 mobile to be messaged on their display
"TEXT MOOD" or "LOCAL MOOD". I flash them by using JAF and UFS,
but got the same message when I try to switch them ON.
Plz give me it's solution.

Thanks for responding. I found this problem in case of Nokia 1600,1110,3120 and 6020. I have got a new problem,

on a 1600 model "CONTACT SERVICE'' is displaying on. I flash it by using both JAF and UFS but it is displaying the same message. What should I do now?
