Tornado and 6600 Flash Help

I must start this off by asking everyone for your help. I'm new to nokia flashing and have a Tornado. I just got a new Nokia 6600 with ver 4.09.1 so i went to the tornado site and DL the 5.27 ver. So i tried to understand what the instruction were saying about with the 6600 the ppm and mcu file were just one.... so i tried to flash.... and just like everone else that i have just read the phone just blinked after the flash... so i tried another flash and it did boot. BUT my camera, real player, internet... etc would all give me a app error.

So what did i do wrong... I had t-mobile send me a new phone so i'm back to square one with 4.09.1 and i really would like the new ver.

Imput would be great be I would like to he everyone also.

Thanks
Antdog

i think griffin or tornado can flash 6600 very well, after flash you must format user area

Thanks

Thanks for the input.... I just spent like 250Bux for the Tornado, not really looking to buy another tool...

Do you think becasue i didn't flash the user area is why my applications didn't work after that?

I was able to start the phone once i reflashed with a different ppm or mcu... so i got it to ver 5.X but when i went to hit info on the tools program it said only the mcu was installed no ppm.....
