Member: 166746 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 86 | uBGA problem... 2- soldier paste: written on lid : advanced quality, joint high density high immersion, Its like in a solid form when cold, but when i heat it with gun or put soldier iron into it it becomes a thick liquid.(paste) u can heat this in the tin forever it does not seem to becomming soldier, when leave to cold it becomes hard again. |

Do i have to get another stencil now to use the balls, cos the balls i managed to get are written 0.4 and 0.5 do these have different stencils & how do i make sure which stencil is for paste and which for balls.... tia |
