UEM line broken

I changed the UEM on a 7200, but accidentally ripped off C1 pad. I looked at service manual, found out C1 is LS signal, connected to pin 4 of SLOWAD, what is this?? Could someone point me out where does the C1 line goes, from UEM?

Best regards
