i have a contact service on 8210
a broplem on COBBA but when i remove it i have lost some pin.
under it
what can i do 4 that ?
any body know

Tho only thing you can do is to...

... throw it away.

Or, you can move all components to new empty board

Was the pone water damaged?
Becouse, PCB BGA pins are very sensitive to water damage.

same happened to me some time ago on a 6210.i still putted a new cobba with one pin left and it was ok. really dont know how, i was expecting some or other fail, but it was ok.

there are some of those pads that are not used and are there for support only. You should be xtremely lucky however not to peel off the needed ones.

I wish to know how once these peel off it is possible to be fixed. It is very hard indeed.
