Lightbulb Universal re bolling way!!!
With this method i can re boll any kind of ic without any kind of matrix for the
specific ic,only with a soldering iron,heating gun & a microscope.
To make this fix the ic on something then with soldering iron make each print
like pyramids one by one.

Then take off the ic/s put some soldering flux & give ~280 of heat with air on minim to make bolls,how much heat you will give depends of dimension of ic.

Then fix with soldering flux ic on board and give ~300 of heat with air on minim.

I clean water damaged boards with a toothbrush soaked in car gasoline,i not use
other cleaners that may contain water.

Lightbulb How to Repair Damaged Prints
I used a very thin wire from bad Nokia earpiece.

This was N73 Blanc display not booting up.

Not all balls are perfect but this doesn't matter it make connection this works
