Urgent please help on nokia 2310 software ok but no power on with battery - GSM-Forum

Hi all brothers of this forum i have a nokia 2310 the problem is if i connect with software cable and in normal mode set will on butt with battery cannot be power on i check that on supply set is taking amp 0.1, 0.2 please help me with picture were is problem i will be very thank full to you all .

check switching votage wether present or not .check connection between uem and on/off swithch .
