Very strange LCD problem....... - GSM-Forum

I have a 3310 with veery strange LCD problem......
I repaired water damage,now phone works but.....
On display is MISSING EVERY SECOND LINE.........
I never had problems with it,i thought it is LCD fault and i changed it but it is the same?
Anyone had similar problem??SOlution to repair???

And i resoldered with flux and hot air all the PCB........
The problem still remains..........

Yes, I have the same problem, all the 2nd lines are gone.. The problem is defenatly not a display problem. I switched the display but problem remains... Anyone knows a simple sollution or has the same problem ??

Wonderfull, the problmem is solved, the connection with pin 7 was faulty, so I connected it with a thin copper wire, and some hair spray to prevent miss conduction ;-). Everything works fine now. Thanx all

My solution is 100% working.

Try to change another Lcd with a different type of Elastomer.

i try it many times and works 100%.

but some time i try it by silver glue [liquid glue]
fix on lcd circuit [check line circuit on lcd some time broken]
,or some time change best

or you changed lcd but still problem
- flash problem
- CPU problem or ram!
