when i flash nokia 7210 at tornado appeare this message :

Try to flash another flash files to se if it works , maby u try to flash a ppm or cnt file and is corupted .

It's UEM or flash ic problem. Reball or change.
Or you can solve this Problem with griffin.

it was uem prob. change a new 1 and flash it again...

Is just a bad o unsoldered flash cip. Try reball or just resolder
This is not UEM error. I had lots of phones with this kin dof error.

Change flash IC and re-fullflash the phone.
