I have a complicated problem, when I am using it works well, but suddenly goes off without even touching or pressing a button. someone knows how to fix it. thanks

Liquid Damage.. most likely 99% ..1% software or other problem caused by liquid.

So Clean mainboard with solution. Different Isotonics available or alcohol based etc.

If heavily liquid damage check all components e.g power ic
