Who have Schema of N-7610? - GSM-Forum

I'm a beginner service and i used my phone (7610) for the sample. When I put up all of the ic in board (i dont understand what the name of IC) and i put back again, my phone is dead. But now I hope someone can gift the schema for me that i am be learn how to repair it again.
