look at battery conectors on board ! Watch what happens when you press them with your finger as if the battery was in the phone ! If battery conector gets up from the board, this is the problem ! Remove plastic cover from pins and resolder. What happens is temperature sensor is disconected from phone and phone sees -17 degrees and in this state phone will not charge battery !

try change 47Kom resistor on pcb(resistor stay in power pads)

yes change 47Kom resistor... which is R127 in Service manual located near the Battrey connector on main board.
