@willy 8210 dead pls help

i got a dropped 8210 unit. it has no signal. i replace the hagar and cobba then it works fine 4 a day, the next day it died so i tried to reheat the hagar and ccont but no effect. i changed the 26 mhz xtal then its alive again. but then everytime i heat any part of the phone, i will need to change again the 26 mhz xtal before it works again and if it works it shuts off automatically and the display is garbled i already changed the lcd & rubber connector a lot of time but no effect, as if it refreshes the screen every second but the other characters are left.. i cant figure it out why, if i put the removed xtal to another unit its working fine. today it is contact service so i change the cobba but now its dead again. please help me!!!

@eleoson..

I think it could be the UPP faulty , or maybe the ccont . Any way double face the UPP and see ( cause each time U applys heat over the board that makes balls under UPP extends then contacting , but when cools down again it returns back !!).

GoodLuck

yes it is glued. i can lift up glued MAD, cobba, ccont on 3210 but in 8210 i haven't tried it yet, any difference? anther thing is if i reball the MAD will it still work? whenever i lift up CPU and reball it, when i try to return it it's no longer functioning, any suggestion on doing it?

i use 350 degrees, btw it's alive again now my problem is when it's looking for network it shuts off, i removed the P.A. but it still shuts off. another thing is the display is garbled, i already tried changing LCD and connector and even change the whole ui module.
