hi!

i have a 6210 , vibrate not working but phone ringing!

i have a 3310 , phone ringing but vibrate not working!

any idea what can i do ?

just make a wire connection from r401 (3r9) to vibrator tip (right)

Hello Tkerek,

Let we say, your vibrate motor is working and connect is no problem !

for that your 6210 phone virbate problem , you can check at :

control source from MCU,
and you have to check supply from battir
then R444, V441, R440, L401, V440, L400

for your 3310,, you can check MCU to N400 in pin 19 , and out (pi 16) to R401 . of cause, VB must be good supply !

i checked all suggested componets , all is ok
how can i check control source from mcu ?

Tkerek,

Use wintesla to set ring on or virbate on
then use oscilloscope to measure MCU out to each componets !

but the phone working only if the phone assembled ... how can i use wintesla and how can i power on the phone if disassembled ?

HI Tkerek,

solder a wire out for test !

If you have power supply, then you solder a 22K resistor from BSI to GND, and give 4V to V+ , then phone can work along with out battery .

If you do not have power supply, then , you still can remove casing, and use an elastic band to make your pcb connect to battery !
