x2-01 usb flash ok but no power no locale mode&testmode any bro help me

tested, reboll cpu and flash. set will be ok.
bro.help me to find a print missing in x2 01 . chek my post.
i repaired it rebolling all ic. my set was getting both side shorting. it was watered set.
i rebolled all cpu, flash and power ic set will ok, but this print is miss due to water.
chek with ur board and help me.
bro. reboll ic, ur set will b ok.
