Iam check keys flex, change volume keys and change keypad IC but problem not solved. Any idea??? or service manual??

it is not in ic....May be you should check the battery pin ..problem is there 100%..

Or change the battery pin.

No brother, is broken line X2500 pin 25 to R2400. Problem solved thanks
