X6 Massmemory not detected pls help - GSM-Forum

hi to all

have recive x6 from costomer

1- When listening to music it seems to crash
2- I can not save anything to my internal built in mass memory as it does not seem to exist
3- I can not see my mass memory when it is connected to the PC
4- The phone reset itself, wiped all my contacts, messages, photos, music etc which has cost my and my company grately!

Anyone else has this issue of it crashing and not being able to access MASS MEMORY?

I go to camera to take a photo and it tells me mass memory not available, I go to file manager and it says my mass memory does not exist, I try to use OVI MAPS and it says it requires a mass memory - But a few days ago I had 16GB mass memory and it worked fine, now all of a sudden it won't work!

anyone help me? I have updated it via Ovi Suite/Update Manager /Cyclone / Mxbox /

I have same problem with nok x6, mass memory not detected.
