Usage: cod2nck -c <cod file> -o <output file> -l <code level> 

Parameters: "-c, --codfile" is the COD file parameter *** 
"-o, --outfile" is output file where the codes will be written. If not defined the output file will be "<****>.txt" 
"-l, --level" is the code level ("1" - "7"). If not defined all codes will be calculated.  
*** - COD file is required
