Close any antivirus software.
Run iRemove as an administrator, right click and select ‘Run as administrator’

i was stuck with a phone with no way to install apps with a forgotton apple id and no way to recover the password..
this worked perfect, its now linked to my own apple id and i can add apps now and ive disabled find my iphone.
do appreciate it can be locked again if i reset etc but thats fine.. for now the phone is at least useable...
