Programm does not work on my win 10 and win 7 64bit. It crashed after detecting my phone ( program shows imei, udid etc) "Programm does not work. This problem led to close this programm. Windows will close this programm".

Unfortunately programm doesn't work on my Win7 32bit, NET frame actual, program start working, detect my iPhone 5S with ios12.1, IMEI, S/N etc., than, after couple of second crash.
Why it so?
