It seems there is no way to send files for checking as it was possible earlier but you as a user can tell Symantec when it gets deleted.

how to delete a record

Try right click on record if you get a menu and delete option.

If not, I think it might be because we maybe wanted to avoid deleting records for safety reason.

You can add timed option for delete. In some time, for example 30min we have a option for deletion last record...

We can't find source code for this project. Thinking about new project, maybe online project for easy management for multiple stores etc...

This functionality would be really great. If you have some developer, you can ask him to create some service for you. You also need to define port and configure your network to serve the request.
