First u have to install net framework v 4.0.30319
The tool is working fine.

i use windows xp service pack 2 . which netfarmwork need install .plz tell me . thanks in advanced.

To solve this make that.

1) Unpack the standalone kit to an empty folder;
2) Hit Win+R to open Run menu, type cmd to get a command prompt
3) CD to where you extracted the kit -exemple c:\net net name of folder
4) If you have an 32bit Windows, type the following command:

C:\net\Setup.exe /x86 and instal

For 64bit, C:\net\Setup.exe /x64
