First of all, i apologize for the inconvenience. 2 days ago our server fall in to some issue and we fixed it within a hour..
yesterday we ran into the same issue and its been fixed again within couple of hours. and hopefully this will not occur again as the root reason was identified and fixed permanently.

Our server is up from more then a year and this was the first time we had any server issue. moreover we solved it with our highest priority. even the worlds best hosting provider keeps 1% of SLA in their hand for such incident.

now lets come to your post, you just bought the licence 2 days ago and you complaining here the server goes down everyday? maybe its your bad luck that you opted-in the same day the server goes offline. but you also said we dont reply any email. so far i know, you mailed us twice regarding this issue and both mails were replied. could you confirm me that you dont get any reply from us.

hi i need this software but i can not download it, try to register but keeps saying wrong username or password, try reset but same problem. need it for test

i have been able to use it but the currency is in $ what to change it, is it possible?

Yes of course,
Please go to Admin tab and you'll find currency option on the right 4th row. change it as you want.

there are some small video tutorials you might wanna look to know how MRCM works.
