Please see below on How to Do Memory Card Format Recovery:
Step 1. Launch EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard and select the file types you want to recover. Then click "Next" button to move to the next step.
Step 2. Select the memory card where you lost your data and click "Scan" button, the software will quickly scan the selected disk to find all your target files.
Step 3. After scan, you can preview all the listed recoverable files one by one and select out those you want. Then, click "Recover" button to get them back once. Here you should save all the recovered files on another disk to avoid data overwriting.

Just got downloaded the program and almost recovered 80% of the data. from my USB/FLASH drive . it may also work for memory cards. But check the reviews through Google before you get into the hassle of downloading, it outsourced it and downloaded from

As I can see that here several tools are mentioned to recover deleted data from memory card. I'd love to introduce a marvelous recovery tool - Coolmuster Android SD Card Recovery, which aims to help restore deleted files on Android SD card under various circumstances, such as getting phone infected by viruses, formatting the SD card or making improper operations, and so on.

Although there are a plenty of data recovery tools, not all of them work equally. Also recovery success rates highly dependent on the file types. For example, still images are much easier to recover compared to video files, which have by far more complex structure.

So, before trying any recovery tools, I'd suggest to create a backup image of the entire memory card. The image must contain data from free space blocks, so its an .IMG file, not .ISO. If you have a 32GB SD card, then the image file will be exactly 32GB.

With such an image in your hands, you can experiment with different recovery tools without being afraid they corrupt / overwrite data on the SD card beyond recovery.
