With only the circuit given, it is 100% not possible to Unlock MMC. The connectivity of MMc with Ic is not clear, and what about s/w to unlock?
PLEASE GIVE CLEAR EXPLANATION.

only with the one in schematic,accesing card directly not via logical drive trough usb card reader.
