i have just tested it on a samsung gt s5830i.
I tried to perform a unlock , and the lock was indeed removed , but also all personal data.
(Call Lists , messages etc...)

Can anyone guide me on how to reset user code for SGH-T356? I keep getting error:

I'm using original USB cable came with the phone. Changed port several times, changed port bit speed with no result.
I noticed that software requires "Cable RJ45 C3300K" connection,-can it be a reason? And if i buy that cable, where do i connect it?
I need someone with experience to guide me please. Thanks in advance.

u need a interface like ftdi to connect with this soft,why?

why this soft send string reset by port com,NOT BY USB!

Yes i know, i configured USB port several time changing it from port 4 to port 11, non of ports gave me successful result. Port displays in port selection menu, but without any success...Please help
