i got ripped off from a eBay user, who declared a couple of phones faulty, but they are all blocked/barred in UK.

Where can i get unlock code for these?

Didn´t know, thought they write barred.
But this one just said signal faulty, and i wanted to repair it, but i got a barred fukcing phone.

the cannot write barred fone caz they will have police behind their door so now they write : i think its signal problem so fone is faulty & no refunds or returns are accepted .

welcome to ebay mate , ppl can pretend to be stupid , its just u have to be smart sometimes ... besides ur status is from germany and i think u mentioned u bought fone from ebay UK .. it must work like this since it will get barred in just 1 country .

You can not sell a phone wich is barred, so you can´t state it as faulty, since it isn´t faulty, it´s barred!
Barring is no fault, and as seller you have to say the truth, if you don´t, the contract is automatically canceled.

It´s the same as you would buy a car and the sellers says, "Hey, the car has a small damage, just the tires are flat", you buy it and you see that there is no engine.

So, i get my money back from PayPal or MasterCard, this is for 100% for sure.
Also, maybe i will give a small report to the police about this fukcing freak, who sold me this phone.

It´s worthless for me, as it´s locked to 3UK and not unlockable with, since 3 won´t give a unlock code.

Or can somebody give a code, even if it´s barred`?
