The last reply was pretty accurate, and if it were to be sold legitimately, it would be in the 5 digits at least

You would also need access to Apple vpn or even if you got the details your not login.. You will only get scammed, but now that Apple moved operations to China you can get clean unlocks for latest devices at $2XX and they are legit

(not all, always be carful as 50% of unlockers are fake)

Also im 99% certain that Apple administrative monitor these accounts... These accounts are meant to belong to ISP owners to unlock/lock bad finances IMEI, if an account has unusual usage such as unlocking from various states/countries... it would be instantly locked, so let's presume someone pays 20000$ for an account, the buyer may very well be locked from the account after the first unlock.
