| 2.GO TO HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SECURITY POLICIES AGAIN POLICIES press value THEN EDIT VALUES 00001001 TO 1 THEN EDIT VALUES 00001005 TO 40 RESTART IT Any HTC phone can be unlocked by changing these registry keys: n HKLM\Security\Policies\Policies\00001001 = 1 (RAPI) HKLM\Security\Policies\Policies\00001005 = 40 (Cert) This can be done using the attached registry editor (PHM regedit signed with the trusted HTC certificate). |
