NEC 525 unlock solution needed!

It's an american gsm phone.

Does anyone know a method to release simlock?

I fell in love with this phone,I would love to use it.

Now it's locked to At&t.

NET GSM you need nectalk this works on USA 525 not UK 525, or so people say on other threads.

Redbox supports Nec 525 and says USA version. Does anyone know if it works on Uk version currently on O2?

Redbox doesnt support uk version, however nectalk did for my E525 by typing
" nectalk -pt pte 10079 unlock"
in the command line
