It means i bought the box in 2016 and till 2018 it was failed to do any job i tried. It happened like most of the time when it said Unlock done but phone was still locked. And u know what happened one day its smart card died on its own. Now its just garbage. If u search their forum u will same cases where people lost their smart card and then no support. If u really want real stuff in business then go for Z3X and UMTS
