So far it works for me sites that I have with Dhru.com

The only thing I complain so far their support is really bad!

So I've been waiting 2 days to clear the list of MEPS, because it has no option to delete all, rather than page by page and I have 627 pages of MEPS!

We transfer you FREE of cost to other hosting , is this bad support ?

and you request to delete mep support will do , but you did't define on your which site so support do at codeskserver.com .

you have basic support so got reply once in 24 hour .


also there is option in system to delete meps , Go APi Settings > and sync with unlockbase with select this option > Delete All Current MEP list and new Synchronize

I offer an apology to Dhru.com not fluent in English and often I rely on a translator, which is why perhaps misunderstood my intention to defend the project of GsmPortal and Fusion, of whom he said did not work.

- forum is not working as of Feb 27, 2013.
- Fusion v2 is still under development. rc3 now.
- basic pakage will not work properly unless you add eCommerce add-on $149 ask for discount it comes down to about $80. upload images still having problem. install with dummy data still not working. product & services/imei service/ select show on home page/apply on selected But it did not work. Wiki pages still having broken links.
- for the amount of money they are charging this is not good. I hope some one with drupal or wordpress/joomla experienced can delivery similar at better price with add on module. No 7 days trial and no refund!
- answers you get from support often are in short form, half answered or just dodge the questions. I guess you have to pay extra $299 add-on for better support. basic package $599 is pay and read wiki and hope it will works.
- In short, configure this basic package is not for your average Joe.

- - - However, installing the download package is pretty straight forward and easy ---- i wish they delay the email before the download link available. It took me 3 trials to to relized the link are being compiled.

- Let hope my experienced will paid off later on. As usual, you get what you paid - "Ticket #479594" still open.

Hi I am trying to connect DHRU FUSION to a cd14 via api but I found no way to make it work.

I already asked the guys from DHRU and their support, seems not like questions or requests from this area.

My system was aqcuired last november and I also purchased some add-ons to it, and I was considering to subscribe for support early, but with this lack of interest I thing I will not.

It seems they dont want to grow their solution.
Everything takes ages to be solved.

I would like to know if anyone have a way to connect these two systems via api, I mean DHRU FUSION -> cd14, otherwise I would like to ask help which other system is recommended.

Their support is bad. Got my server running 8 months now but only to advertised powered by DHRU not fully functioning. I did all the api, cron connection every 2 minutes....ect. still aint working. they say new version will automate everything. I still waiting for that one to come.... my tickets went down the drain and now 6 months is over I think. You got to be expert in programming to handle dhru scripts. they are pretty advance. (at least to my level anyway).
