I am looking to buy models of 3G phones or modems where the imei can be changed easily. By this I mean phones where you can change the imei without the use of cables, or phones that use readily available cables with free software. I am not interested in any phones that require hardware modifications.

If you know of any such phones or have any such phones for sale then I would be very grateful.

terrorism was never (so) cheap

(sorry pal, no offence... but AFAIK not much 3g imei solutions are free. and definitely NONE HSDPA - prove me wrong by adding items below).
