May I unlock xx.13.xx without open phone with EMMI-BOX 2D 16M. And may I upgrade my EMMI?

to u/l xx.13.xx is possible with 2d (WITHOUT OPENING0 phone (but someone needs to find out where the field has been moved to ...)

Until that info is available you will need to u/l by opening handset and downgrading firmware and eeprom.
