Help with Moto Select 2000e & MicroTAC Select 3000e - GSM-Forum

Hi everyone. I have two very cool Motorola's that I'm desperately trying to get operational.

When I put my T-Mobile card into the Select 2000e (originally DigiPH PCS) it says, "Enter Special Code Now." Anyone have any idea what that code might be?

I contacted an unlock service as well as T-Mobile and some seem to think that this phone was never locked to begin with. So is this special code something to do with the SIM card or the phone?

I appreciate any help, thanks!

Update:

I'm still waiting for a reply from an unlock website, but T-Mobile now says they cannot provide the unlock code because it is, "unknown" in their SIM unlock database. Any ideas on what that means?

I'll resurrect a 2 1/2 year old topic. haha!

The phone was originally on VoiceStream (which was later renamed T-Mobile)

So it won't show up T-Mobile's SIM unlock database.
