How to convert hex file to bin to flash with PEmaster ????????

No need convert hex to bin!
Only open by prepare flash command and pemaster convert it.

Thanks, I've tried already that, is working ! I have a M3888 and I want to flash romanian but after flash there's onli English an German language ! I'm new in flashing Motorola so I'll need some support !

If you flash CP+LP, after you need flex the phone to enable other languages.
If you flash .bin file (full, readed by pemaster from other phone), you not need flex the phone, only restore original imei

Ok, thanks I've found a pair of full flash and flx file from same phone ! Now all ok !
