how to unlock V3682

I have RoEmmi 2 and am using PE Master V 2.17c.. but it always says

Waiting connection to Emmi...

Please help

1. check LPT port settings.
2. PEMaster works correctly under DOS/WIN98
3. Roemmi may need external power supply.
4. Use other PEMaster version (I prefer 2.10 cracked by Android,that's 100% OK)
5. There are other Win based sw (eg. JIC motorola unlocker and WinEMMI)

My RoEmmi2 dongle is just an LPT key. do not see any space for connecting power.

I have various PE master cracked, but the instructions are not very clear.

How to register this soft on you comp.
With included soft(winddp cracker) read and save original HDD(from drive that
you use for install this soft) id in warm place after that run disk.bat
(included) and run the pemaster!if prog don`t work see what the machine ID
it show! last part of id-static, first part -change as change HDD Id.
all what you need-change last four digit in bat file for succes register the
prog ! (if any digit of your machine id equal needed digit -dont change this
digit in bat file: you id: 3031:9b45 needed 3606:9b45 so don`t change first
digit-orig 1514-1722 changed 1514-1xxx first four digit not used in this ver)
after some manipulate you find needed sequence for register you copy!

for my comp:
x6x6-9b45 x one of sequence 7-2,6-3,1-4,0-5,8-D,C-9
you change x at value from twin (f you need 1 put 4 or if need 4 put 1 into
HDD id
second
3x0x-9b45 x one of sequence 0-2,1-3,6-4,7-5,A-8,B-9
you change x at value from twin (f you need 6 put 4 or if need 4 put 6 into
HDD id
at some comp data may not equal in this case you need some calc.-----------------------------------------------------------

is there any version that just works with only minor modification ?

I am using Win98 and have change the serial and run the .bat file
