Member: 397189 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Motorola C300 - Changing gsm band manually i have a motorola C300 , version 1.11 manufacured on dec 24 /2002 model.i bought this mobile in india , so i hope it is unlocked and i have successfully used it with many service providers like airtel(gsm900) & aircel(gsm900). My mobile doesnot detect 'Hutch' network (india)..where as my friend having the same model is able to.. so i want to know whether i have to change the band manually to gsm 1800(hutch) . i tried menu*048263 but simply it didnt work , i didnt get any engineering menu!. or should i keep trying menu+048263* ? will it work in motorola c300? I hope someone can help me out. Thnks in advance.. -  |
