My original phone failed.I got another Startac phone but it won't work in the car because it's not a jaguar model.Some time ago there was a thread involving a fix to the software so that a non-jaguar phone could be modified.Anyone out there remember the fix/download?

Read old Jaguar Startac with pemaster or emmidroid software and Emmi. Write readed flash to you new phone.

You need an Emmibox, without not possible.
I don't have any stuff anymore, so ask somebody that have an Emmibox.

This is realy old stuff, Motorola use USB long Time now.

Did you ever get sorted with the jaguar flash file for the Startac 130?
I have a jag phone and it used to work fine but now it comes up with "unregistered SIM card". Bought another Startac 130 phone but didn't know at the time it needed special software installing so it only charges in the car and nothing else.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

I have a Startac 85 with Jaguar firmware.
I bought a new Startac 130 (because of the Sim cart format) and want to transfer the firmware from the 85 to the 130.
Could the Emmibox do this and if I buy this box, is the procedure easy?

I think you can all solution apply then you can install s/w in your phone.
